In order to become plant based do I have to go cold turkey and stop eating all animal products at once?
We believe that in order to achieve any goals in life we have to start where we are with what we have. Therefore, it is always wise to start by eliminating one thing at a time until you are only eating plant based meals. Do not stress yourself out because chances are you will have moments where you go back and eat something that is not plant based and whole. The point is always to make better choices every day.

Here at The Resurrection Diet, we believe in the Power of 3. This simply means that we fast for 3 days or consume a liquid diet for three days out of the 7 days in a week and the next three days we eat whole, organic plant based meals and on the 7th day we celebrate our accomplishments and we often refer to it as Sunday Dinner or Celebration Day,
